CNC machining center

RONLON floor grinding gearbox is to match the speed and transmit torque between the prime mover and the working machine. Therefore, the normal operation of the gearbox affects the normal operation of the entire system, and its various characteristics are also important.

Many manufacturers do not pay attention to the cleanliness of mechanical products and the production and assembly process, resulting in poor quality, low product dispatch rate, and short life span.

The cleanliness of the gearbox is mainly reflected in the iron filings and other impurities generated during the processing and assembly of various parts, and the cleanliness of the lubricating oil. Although the cleanliness problem is simple, the problems or failures caused are many.

The following is the explanation of the reason, influence and improvement of RONLON on poor cleanliness:

Due to the small size of miniature gears and high requirements for assembly accuracy;

The micro-forming process is difficult to process features such as clear corners and chamfers. In addition, the electrostatic adsorption effect caused by the miniaturization of parts has brought huge challenges to the automated assembly of the micro-gear mechanism.

This is because the completion of assembly on the millimeter scale is almost beyond the scope of human vision and touch. Therefore, only by realizing the automated assembly of micro-organizations can the mass production of micro-components be truly realized.

To develop a new product, it is necessary to continuously integrate the various needs of users into the product. At the same time, it is necessary to determine the framework of the new product in combination with market competitiveness, technical feasibility, and quantitative production requirements. This is a big challenge for R&D personnel! Once the R&D framework of the new product is determined, the R&D team of RONL0N will carry out a clear division of labor, and the team will work towards a consistent goal to complete the R&D goal.

Since 2015, RONLON's R&D team has won provincial scientific and technological progress awards for 5 consecutive years, and each product has at least 2 invention patents and 5 utility model patents.

Along the way, it's really not easy! When it first stepped into the floor grinding industry, RONLON's R&D team also encountered many problems. For example, the first planetary contra-rotating gear drive grinding machine was designed at that time. The first prototype appeared after 245 hours of operation. The problem of internal bearing fracture. Due to the immature technology at the beginning, the R&D team was at a loss, but after continuous research, discussion, and testing! We actually came up with 3 sets of solutions within half a month, and finally the No. 2 solution was successfully tested, allowing the machine to run stably within 5000 hours!
