Refund instructions

1. It should be returned within 30 days after shipment.

2. If we receive the product after 30 days from the delivery date, it will not be accepted. If a credit/debit card/online bank is used for payment, the refund will be refunded to the original credit/debit card/online bank provided at the time of purchase, and if a payment gateway is used, the refund will be refunded to the same account.

3. After you get your product. If there is no type of damage to the product, the remaining amount will be transferred to your account.

4. The financial review time is 3 working days from the date when the user applies for a refund. After the review is passed, the refund will be directly refunded to your designated account.
